Shipping policy

DELIVERY " X '' (kg-kg)

The " X '' delivery covers all of Quebec with the exception of the Nord-du-Quebec region and certain postal codes in remote regions. 

 

DELIVERY TIME:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 days of receipt of order.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready for in-store pickup or when it leaves our factory for delivery to your home.

We are not responsible for loss by the carrier (post office or otherwise) or delivery delays due to uncontrollable events. 

     

    PICK-UP ON SITE:

    You must have agreed to an appointment before going there. To do so, you must contact (819) 294-6044 ext. 214.

       

      RECEPTION OF GOODS:

      It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt and immediately notify info@refractaireenligne.com a breakage or an error on the order by attaching one or more photos to support it.

        We mainly ship with the following carriers: Alexpress, Minimax Express and Morneau. The choice of carrier is made according to the destination of the shipment and the weight.

        The price of delivery is also determined by the destination of the shipment and the weight. 

        TAXES

        The sales taxes charged depend on the destination of the order, that is, the place where the order will be delivered.

        • British Columbia: (BC) - 12% HST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • Alberta (AB) - 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • Manitoba (MB) - 7% PST on merchandise + 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • Saskatchewan (SK) - 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • New Brunswick (NB) - 13% HST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) - 13% HST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • Nova Scotia (NS) - 15% HST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • Northwest Territories (NT) - 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • Nunavut (NU) - 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • Ontario (ON) - 13% HST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • Prince Edward Island (PE) - 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
        • Quebec (QC) - 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges + 9.975% QST PST on total merchandise and shipping charges
        • Yukon (YT) - 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
